Nothing short of phenomenal service all around from this company. I placed an order online and one lone card was damaged during the shipping process. Not only did the take care of it, them took every precaution and then some to ensure the replacements safe arrival! I well definitely do business with this company again in the future!!!

What a great online game store! They just put on Nerdz Day 2023 yesterday and it was a LOT of fun to participate on all of the deals they offered. I've always appreciated their great prices, awesome customer service, ability to purchase games and put a hold on them until I reach the free shipping threshold and how safely they pack up their games during the shipping process! All around great team and great business! Keep it up!!!!!

I found this shop online due to a trip I'm on from PA to Dallas. They are FANTASTIC!!!! I pre-ordered several items, in different orders, to be shipped to my mom's. Everything arrived in PERFECT condition, packaged by pros and I can't be happier! Plus the pre-ordered items arrived faster than expected. They have a customer for as long as I collect. BEST online shop I've found. They can't be beat and shipping costs are very fair if you don't get the free shipping. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

Great prices. Reasonable shipping... but are slow to ship and offer up lame excuses. In a 4-10 day window (which for their shipping is reasonable) it took 14 days. Only reason was they were flooded with orders. Staff your operation.

This is a great place to order from with confidence. I have bought singles, seal MTG cards accessories and multiple board games. Never had any issues. Customer service is excellent and usually respond quickly to any questions.

I came during my lunch break and walked in the 97 degree heat to see if I can pick up a order I recently did. The person who helped me before was understandable and let me order something within minutes and I got my order but not today. It does say next business day for pick up but I won't be able to due to not having a vehicle ( I take the bus and train to work and back). Did explain to employee but still said no unfortunately. Just wanted to treat myself and my little sister for the week since she helps me out at the moment. Appreciate the customers who go out of their way to buy your product and not other stores please. Booster packs and theme deck is all I wanted. Waiting on my refund. Just wanted to share my experience.

Long-time customer, they've always treated me well. But I unfortunately found out the hard way they don't require any kind of signature on fedex packages that you spend hundreds, let alone thousands of dollars on. Sorry guys, but after my last package was stolen I'll need to be shopping elsewhere.

After a not-so-great first experience here, I now order online and pickup in store every week. Sometimes the order is ready the same day I sent it! Friendly staff, and quick. Just make sure your address on the order is the same as your ID, or you won't be able to pick up!
